I have been wanting to make a game for the past 15 years... Honestly, I began my adventures into software development because I had dreams of one day creating a game cool enough to make it onto the NG frontpage. Since my humble beginnings, I have managed to carve out a relatively decent living for myself as a Fullstack Software Engineer...
I have two games that I immediately have the skills to create, one of which will be a story driven sim-game around the world of Tech-Based Startups... I'm going to call it (for the time being) Startup Warrior. Since, I am flying solo on this one, I have decided to make this an HTML5 Game (using AngularJS as my JS Framework of Choice).
To hold myself accountable, I'm going to do a weekly post here on NG. Below is a view of the city map, what do you guys think?

A startup-sim game sounds absolutely fantastically fun! Especially if you have experience working in places like that and can use that insight to design something really cool.
Do you watch Silicon Valley by any chance? I always that that intro scene with the isometric art could be such a cool game.

Hey Omar,
I absolutely LOVE Silicon Valley :) Though sometimes that show can get a little too "Real" for me :)
I'm aiming to get this thing shipped by October 24th (my 28th birthday) :)
Thank you for the reply and the comments, if you'd be interested in being on the Beta Team, please let me know :)
Cheers,
Rick
